Terms & Risk Disclosure

Please read this before using this site or following any link on it. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

Important. Online betting and casino games involve real financial risk and may be restricted or illegal where you live. You can lose all the money you put in. This website gives no financial, legal or tax advice and does not guarantee any outcome. By using this site you confirm you have read and accept this page.

1. What this site is, and is not

  • India Casino Hub is an independent information and referral website. It is not owned, operated, licensed, endorsed or supervised by IndBet or any other operator.
  • We do not offer betting, gambling, gaming, deposits, withdrawals, wallets or customer support. Any account you open is a contract between you and the operator, under the operator's own terms.
  • We cannot see, change, reverse or resolve anything on your operator account, including balances, bonuses, bets, withdrawals or closures.

2. Legal risk: you are responsible for your own compliance

  • Age. You must be at least 18, or older if the law where you live requires it. Do not use the links if you are under the legal age.
  • Legality varies and changes. Laws on online betting, gambling and real-money gaming differ between countries and, within India, between states, and they can change quickly. Some places prohibit certain or all online real-money games, and some restrict advertising or promoting them. India has also introduced national legislation on online gaming. It is your responsibility to find out what applies to you and to stay within the law.
  • No encouragement to break the law. Nothing on this site is an invitation or offer to anyone in a place where such activity is prohibited. If it is not lawful for you, do not register or play. Do not use tools to hide your location in order to get around local restrictions.
  • Taxes. Winnings may be taxable. Keep your own records and take professional tax advice.
  • Operator licensing. We do not verify the operator's licences, fairness, solvency or compliance, and we make no statement about them. Check this yourself before registering.

3. Financial risk

  • Betting and casino games are designed so that the operator earns a margin. Over time most players lose money.
  • There is no guaranteed profit, "sure win", strategy or system. Do not trust anyone who claims otherwise.
  • You can lose everything you stake. Only use money you can afford to lose completely, and never money needed for rent, food, bills, loans, school fees or savings.
  • Do not borrow money, use credit, or sell belongings to gamble. Do not chase losses.
  • Bonuses and promotions usually carry wagering requirements and restrictions. Read the operator's terms before accepting any offer. Offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
  • Deposits, withdrawals, limits, verification (KYC) checks and fees are set by the operator. Delays, holds, rejected withdrawals or closed accounts can happen. We cannot help with them.

4. Health and personal risk

Gambling can become addictive and can harm mental health, relationships, work and finances. If gambling is causing you stress or you are losing control, stop and talk to someone you trust. In India you can call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24/7 mental health support). Operators normally provide deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in the account settings. See our Responsible Gaming page for more.

5. Security and scam risk

  • Imitation sites and fake apps. Betting brands are heavily copied. Check the address in your browser carefully and only install apps from a source you trust. Apps installed from outside an official app store (for example APK files) may carry malware.
  • Never share passwords, OTPs, PINs, card or bank details, or screenshots of them, with anyone, including people claiming to be support, agents or "account managers". We will never ask you for them.
  • Be cautious of anyone offering guaranteed tips, "fixed matches", account renting or paid betting groups.
  • Links on this site may change, break or be redirected by the operator without notice.

6. Affiliate disclosure and conflict of interest

The Register and Download links on this site are affiliate or referral links. We may earn commission or other benefit when you register, deposit or play through them, at no extra charge to you. This gives us a financial interest in your sign-up, so treat everything here as promotional, not as independent or professional advice.

7. No advice, no warranty

  • All content is general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or medical advice.
  • We try to keep information accurate, but it may be incomplete or out of date. Descriptions of features, offers and processes come from public information and may change without notice. We give no warranty as to accuracy, availability or fitness for any purpose, and the site is provided "as is".
  • Any images, names and trademarks, including "IndBet", belong to their respective owners. Use of a name is only to identify the operator and does not imply endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and the people behind this site are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including loss of money, winnings, deposits, bonuses, data or opportunity, or any direct, indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site, from following any link on it, or from any dealings with the operator or any other third party. Nothing in this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Your responsibility

You use this site and any linked service entirely at your own risk and choice. You agree that you are legally permitted to do so, that you are acting for yourself, and that you will not hold us responsible for decisions you make or their results. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy it to impersonate us.

10. Third-party sites

The operator's website and app are outside our control. Their terms, privacy policy, fairness, availability and conduct are their responsibility. Raise any complaint with the operator first, and with the relevant regulator or authority if it is unresolved.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

We may change this page at any time by updating it here, and the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live. Contact details for privacy requests will be published on this page.
